As one of the first major Online fieldwork agencies in Australia, the team at yellowSquares have been involved in online surveys for a long long time. We remember when they were administered via email and respondents had to place an “X” between the square brackets [x]. From there it evolved to overwhelming 1 page HTML forms (no skips, routing or logic).
We have come a long way since the online surveys of 1999, and yellowSquares has been there every step of the way and are constantly exploring better ways of respondent engagement.
Our programmers – Scott, Louise, Clair and Kellie ensure that your survey will run as smoothly as possible. Programming doesn’t start until the questionnaire has been reviewed in detail (we are happy to provide questionnaire design advice if required) and we do not adopt a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to programming, rather, we focus on tailor-made solutions. This is particularly true for complex surveys including embedded images/TVCs (with de-branding capabilities) and specialised tools if needed. We ensure the right ‘look’ for your survey.
